Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, mattresses and bedding items that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons.


Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used mattresses, toppers, or pillows
  • Custom-sized or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Health and personal care items
  • Items marked as final sale or discounted beyond 30%

To Complete Your Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@allbahmattress.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)
  • A description of the issue (with photos, if applicable)

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer directly.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and the shipping address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank; processing time can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are not refundable.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same model, please email us at info@allbahmattress.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the order was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
